- Name (required): to identify the sender and personalise our reply
- Wedding date and location (required): to check our availability
- Email address (optional): to reply to your enquiry
- Message (optional): to understand your needs as a couple
- Navigation data: via Google Analytics (only with your consent), in aggregated and anonymous form
3. Legal basis for processing
- Contact form: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form
- Google Analytics: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the cookie banner
4. Processing and retention
Data submitted through the form is stored in a private CRM accessible only to the studio owners. Data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from receipt, unless you request otherwise. It is not shared with third parties, except for strictly necessary technical providers (hosting: Aruba S.p.A.).
5. Google Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA) to collect anonymous statistical data about visits to the site. Google Analytics uses cookies; please see our Cookie Policy for details. Data is transferred to the USA on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by Google.
